Since we acquired this machine in February 2006 it has proved an invaluable asset to the business.

The Merlo is capable of lifting three tonnes thirteen metres high, with the advantage of all round visibility. It is made more useful by a range of accessories including forks, bucket and jib. The forks are very useful for unloading pallets and moving them to where they are required on site - even if that means high above ground!  The Jib attachment allows us to lift beams and trusses right across buildings - ideal for roof work.  It has a large bucket enabling us to move spoil around site and load vehicles like our tractor and trailer combination. It has also proved advantageous in transporting concrete across building sites.
